Consignment Process

In choosing to consign with Bella Décor, we ask that all items MUST be cleaned and in saleable condition, free of strong odors and pet hairs. We accept only items deemed saleable by Bella Décor and reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason. Bella Décor determines the selling price according to brand, quality, demand and appearance. It is your responsibility as consigner to inform Bella Décor of item cost and value. Please advise us if there is an item in which you would be disappointed if the selling price fell below your expectations. As consignor, you will receive 40% of the actual selling price of consigned item(s) under $300. You will receive 50% of the actual selling price of consigned items more than $300. The consignment length is 60 days. It is the consigner’s responsibility to call and pick up the check at Bella Décor. Bella Décor can retain, reduce or donate expired items if not picked up by the end of the 60 day term. Bella Décor is proud to support Habitat for Humanity for donations. Donation sheets can be picked up at end of calendar year.

At Bella Décor, we work in the best interest of our consigners. We promise to do our best in selling your items at the highest possible profit to you, that we will personally respond to all your concerns, and will always be honest and straightforward with you. We understand that you’ve chosen Bella Décor as your partner in consigning, and that deserves the best service our staff can give to you!

Accessory items may be brought in any time during store hours.  We require any furniture item be photographed and photo emailed to belladecor2747@gmail.com we will contact you regarding the consignment of the item.
